RFQ - Construction management AT risk

ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Notice is hereby given that Lawton Youth Sports Trust Authority (LYSA), 212 SW 9th Street, Lawton, OK 73501, hereinafter called the Owner, is soliciting and will receive individual proposals for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Management at Risk (CMaR) for the Lawton Ft. Still Sports Park, with the receipt of bids beginning at 9:00 AM on July 31st, but not later than 2:00 PM, on, August 21, 2025, to Brian Cann at bcann@easternsportsmanagement.com, at which time the proposals received will be opened, reviewed and ranked based upon selection criteria.

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  1. Experience of Project Team on Similar Projects (50 points)

  2. Technical approach (30 points)

  3. References (10 points)

  4. Fees (5 Points)

  5. Compliance with RFQ criteria (5 points)
